Q: Why does Hannah sell things besides music?

A: Hannah decided long ago to offer an alternative to the typical "merchandise" usually peddled by bands and musical artists. Instead of mass-produced key chains and beer koozies you'll find handmade jewelry, accessories and apparel, as well as other things that we invent especially for you. Everything is designed and/or made by Hannah, and everything is connected to the music in some way. In addition to offering her listeners these alluring souvenirs, the process of making of them allows Hannah to be productive even when she is not writing or recording. All the sales of MellowTraumatic merchandise go directly to support the creation of Hannah's music.



Q: Yeah, but... I'm a boy, and I don't really want to wear a frilly pink cameo jewel.

A: We are working on some cool things for boyz.



Q: Do I have to create an account in order to buy from you?

A: No, you can place an order without signing up for an account.



Q: What is the benefit of having an account?

A: It's just for your convenience. If you create an account your checkout experience is expedited because you won't have to type in your information every time you place an order.



Q: What is your return policy?

A: We've never had a return before, but just e-mail us and we'll take care of you.



Q: What do you charge for shipping?

A: Shipping charges are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (U.S., Mexico, Canada) is $2.00 per order.
International Shipping (all other countries) is $5.00 per order.

Q: You mean no matter how much I buy I still pay only one shipping fee?

A: That's right! Whether you buy one item or twenty items, the shipping cost is the same!



Q: How are your items shipped?

A: Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail.



Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: PayPal, checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and Western Union money transfers. We hope to accept credit cards directly on our site very soon.



Q: Is my personal and payment information secure?

A: Yes. The Antoinette's Revenge boutique uses SSL technology to safeguard your personal information. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. The information that is sent from the web browser to our server is encrypted and sent in a format that is not readable by anyone but the server. This allows sensitive information, like credit card numbers and passwords, to be sent across the internet securely.



Q: How do I pay with PayPal?

A: Just choose the PayPal option at checkout. It's so quick and easy! And you don't even need to have a PayPal account.



Q: How do I pay with a check, money order or cashier's check?

A: Just e-mail us and tell us what you want to order. We'll set it aside for you while you mail your payment. Please be aware that if you pay with a regular check it will need to clear before your items are shipped.

Please mail your payment in a timely fashion. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't hold merchandise forever.



Q: You said you accept Western Union money transfers. How do I do that?

A: Just e-mail us and tell us what you'd like to order so we can put it aside for you and determine the amount owed. Then go to your local Western Union office and send a payment (in US funds) to Hannah Fury in Philadelphia, PA. After you've sent the payment, e-mail us again and give us the "Money Transfer Control Number." After Hannah picks up the payment, we will ship your items.



Q: Are you going to send me a bunch of ridiculous e-mails about jewelry just because I buy a CD from you?

A: Hell no! There's a special list for that. Unless you join one of our lists, you won't hear from us about anything except your current order.
